OUTRA is a general design firm based in Asheville, North Carolina offering interior, landscape, textile, and graphic design services both directly to clients and as a consultant supporting outside design firms.

Laura Evans is the founding designer at OUTRA. Since graduating with a degree in Landscape Architecture in 2007, Laura has worked at various interdisciplinary design firms in Brooklyn, NY and Asheville, NC.
